Anyone can be hypnotized. The hypnotic state is only a matter of feeling relaxed and safe while listening to soft music and the suggestions of the hypnotherapist. When relaxed like this, your subconscious, your power center for making things happen, will take over.
What can you expect?
You are always awake, aware and in control.
At your first appointment, you will learn about hypnotism, how your mind works and your questions will be answered. Your challenges and desires will be discussed and your goals defined. In subsequent sessions, Caryn will guide you through a series of relaxation techniques, at the same time making suggestions and using mental images to change the behavior/thoughts you seek to make improvements on and reach your goals. After 20-40 minutes you are emerged to a normal level of consciousness to allow you to continue your day balanced, relaxed and determined to reach your goals.
She will teach you self-hypnosis so you will have this very useful tool to reinforce the work that you’ve done together. You will then be able to use self-hypnosis to achieve any future goals and conquer challenges for the rest of your life.
